Two different things get called "retention", so here is ours precisely: raw visitor-level rows — the only rows that could say anything about an individual — are purged within 90 days on every plan. Paying more never keeps them longer; that promise belongs to your visitors, not to us. What Pro extends is the anonymous aggregate history: pure counts with nothing about any person in them, which is exactly why depth can be a paid feature without anyone being sold out.
