The service. Plans are per account, priced per site: a Free account covers two sites (60 days of history); a Pro account pays per site (£5/month or £40/year, or $6/$48 in USD) with aggregate history retention configurable per site, up to indefinite; raw visitor-level data is retained at most 90 days on every plan. Provided "as is" without uptime or accuracy warranties — it's a free analytics tool, not critical infrastructure, and numbers can be affected by ad-blockers, bots and network conditions. We may change limits or features with notice on this site.
Your responsibilities. You confirm you're entitled to add analytics to the sites you register, and that your own privacy notices reflect your use of this service where your law requires it (our docs and privacy policy are written to make that easy). No use on sites whose content is unlawful in the UK. Don't attempt to deanonymise visitors, overload the endpoint, or reverse-engineer other accounts' data.
Termination. You can delete sites or your account at any time (data goes with them). We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with email notice where practicable.
Liability. Limited to the maximum extent permitted by law; nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
